VydioFlow ("VydioFlow", "we", "us") provides an AI video advertising platform at vydioflow.com. For privacy questions, contact info@vydioflow.com. We act as data controller for account data and as data processor for the content you submit for generation.

Account data: name, email address, password hash, authentication provider identifiers and workspace settings.

Billing data: plan, credit balance, invoices and payment status. Card details are entered directly with our payment processor and never touch our servers.

Content data: prompts, scripts, product URLs, uploaded images, logos and the videos, scenes and voiceovers generated from them.

Usage and technical data: log events, generation history, device and browser type, IP address, and error diagnostics used to keep the service secure and reliable.

To provide generation, storage and delivery of your video ads; to authenticate and secure accounts; to meter credits and process subscriptions; to provide support; to detect abuse and fraud; and to improve reliability and quality. We do not sell personal data and we do not use your uploads or generated ads to train foundation models.

Performance of a contract (delivering the platform you signed up for), legitimate interests (security, abuse prevention, product analytics), consent (non-essential cookies and marketing email) and legal obligation (tax and accounting records).

We use vetted providers to run the service: cloud hosting and database/storage/auth infrastructure, AI model providers for script and video generation, a payment processor for subscriptions and invoices, and an email provider for transactional messages. Each is bound by contractual confidentiality and data-protection terms. A current list is available on request.

Data may be processed in the United States and other countries where our providers operate. Transfers out of the EEA and UK rely on Standard Contractual Clauses and equivalent safeguards.

Account and billing records are kept for the life of the account and for as long as tax law requires afterwards. Generated videos, scenes and uploads stay in your workspace until you delete them or close your account; deleted items are purged from backups within 30 days. Security logs are retained for up to 12 months.

Depending on where you live you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to certain processing. California residents may request disclosure of the categories of personal information collected and opt out of "sharing" — VydioFlow does not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising. Data is encrypted in transit with TLS and at rest by our infrastructure providers. Access to production data is limited to staff who need it, row-level security isolates each workspace, and API keys for AI providers stay server-side and are never exposed to the browser.

VydioFlow is a business tool and is not directed at anyone under 16. We delete accounts that we learn belong to children.

We will post updates on this page and, for material changes, notify account holders by email before the change takes effect.
