Terms of Service

You must be at least 16 and able to enter a binding contract. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity in your workspace. Provide accurate billing information and keep it current.

Plans are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. Each plan includes a monthly credit allowance; generations consume credits by quality tier (Standard, Pro, Cinema) at the rates shown in the app before you render. Monthly credits reset each billing period and do not roll over; purchased bonus credits carry over while your account is active.

You can cancel any time from Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period and you keep access until then.

Because generation consumes real compute at the moment you submit, credits already spent are non-refundable. If a render fails through our fault, the credits are returned automatically — if they are not, contact support and we will restore them. Statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

You keep ownership of everything you upload — prompts, scripts, logos, product images and brand assets. You grant VydioFlow a limited licence to process that content solely to generate, store and deliver your videos.

Subject to your account being in good standing, you own the videos VydioFlow generates for you and may use them commercially, including in paid advertising. AI models can produce similar output for different users; we do not warrant exclusivity of any generated element.

Do not use VydioFlow to create content that is unlawful, defamatory, hateful, sexual content involving minors, or that infringes someone else's rights. Do not generate deceptive endorsements, deepfakes of real people without written permission, medical, financial or legal claims you cannot substantiate, or content that violates the advertising policies of TikTok, Meta, YouTube or Google. Do not resell raw model access, scrape the platform, or attempt to bypass credit metering or security controls.

AI creators depicted in VydioFlow are synthetic personas, not real endorsers. You are responsible for disclosing AI-generated content where the platform or law requires it.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, create legal risk, or fail to pay. You may close your account at any time; we will delete workspace content in line with our Privacy Policy.

VydioFlow is provided "as is". We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific render times, or specific advertising results. Third-party model providers may change or deprecate models we rely on.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VydioFlow's total liability arising from the service is limited to the amounts you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost profits, or lost ad spend.
